Recently, after working as an intern in an office setting with a sales and business development role to play in there... I started to get a hang of the stress and pressure piling up.... Person A prefer to use "I say you follow" working style while
And this kind of stress gets worst when working culture difference kicks in...
Person B prefer to use "Make me understand the fundamentals before asking me to do something" working style
This is what happened to me when I just simply can't adapt to the working culture of my superior. I mean we trashed out the differences in honesty and both understand how different our working culture is like...as such...we have decided to part way....
With that... I think through for a bit... how this kind of problem which seems no definite answer can be solved???
So, I decided to use the most popular method to look for answer... Google Search Engine + Youtube Video...and guess what? I found a lot of interesting videos.... Take a look:
